June 26 to June 29, 2008, marks debut of the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival. Located in Northern Liberties Philadelphia, this event hopes to bring together peers, admirers, critics, creators, audience members, and on-line lurkers of local and global independent films to present, discuss, and experience the scope of independent moviemaker possibilities.
All Screenings, Round Tables, Panels, meet-ups, and the Festival Information
center are located in the Northern Liberties. All events are essentially within walking distance of each other.
