Roslyn Film Festival: CALL FOR ENTRIES

Third Annual Film Festival to benefit the Roslyn Fire House-Sat. March 28, 2009 at 7pm. Audience votes for their favorite short film. Roslyn Fire House, Bradfield Road, Roslyn, PA. Submissions deadline March 1st.

PG Rated Films

One entry form per movie. You may send one check for total amount.

Please make sure you send the correct amount for the total number of movies you are entering.

$15.00 entry fee per film if received by Feb 1, 2009 ($5 for each additional film title)

$25.00 entry fee per film if received between Feb 2 and Mar 1, 2009

No film will be accepted if received after Sunday March 1, 2009

Send 2 copies of all movies, entry form, and check payable to Roslyn Fire Company to

Movies must be sent in DVD Format with all contact information. No nudity or profanity.

Checklist

- Fill out all questions along with all contact phone numbers and email address

- Fill out one entry form per movie title.

- Pay fee for each movie entering contest. (May be one check payable to Roslyn Fire Company, DO NOT MAKE CHECK TO LORI SCHREIBER)

- Send 2 copies of movie on DVD along with a copy of the entry form for each film title to Lori Schreiber, 2479 Lafayette Ave, Roslyn, PA 19001. (Movies may be sent in bulk but each individual movie must be sent with the entry form completed.) Due by March 1st

Submission of films and entry fee does not guarantee that your film will be shown. Due to event time restrictions, all films will be viewed by preliminary judges and only the top films will be shown. You will receive notification if your film is selected prior to the event.

Roslyn Film Festival Committee, Roslyn Fire Company, and Lori Schreiber are not responsible for any lost movies. No movies will be returned.
