During the 2008 Philadelphia Film Festival, Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers presents PhillyPitch! 2008 where eight selected screenwriters/filmmakers pitch plot points and character arcs, hoping to make it one step closer to production.
If you want some pointers for PitchAuditions where we will choose the 8 pitchers, (see event details on 3/22 calendar page) or you just want to learn about the process, join us for a hands-on workshop exploring how to pitch your screenplay and/or film. Attendees should bring logline and 1/2 a page synopsis of their screenplay.
Samples pitches with critique and program will be presented before breaking up into in small groups for
individual coaching on pitching your story.
Tuesday, February 26, 6:30-8:30pm in the Black Box (Prince Music Theater, 1412 Chestnut Street, 2nd floor)
Whether you submitted a screenplay to SIP or not, you are welcome. The workshop is FREE. Please rsvp so we can estimate how many to expect.
The program is part of the Film @ The Prince series.
