Bottomfeeders

Mudbug Film Productions

A mockumentary which attempts to capture the essence of American political campaigns from the grass roots town hall meetings of rural Pennsylvania to the grandiose assemblies of political parties. The film revolves around a character named Cissy Jones, the new State Campaign Director in Pennsylvania, who decides to hire a lively and energetic individual named Bob Kinard as a volunteer or as they're known on the campaign trail - "Bottomfeeders". Along the way, Kinard develops a truly novel metaphor using the age-old grocery product Spam, which is later adopted as a campaign slogan, one which ultimately gains national attention, but threatens to sidetrack the masses from the party's real message. Starring Madi Distefano and Bryce Lenon. To find out more about Bottomfeeders, click here.
