Interns Needed for Inspirational TV Program

The High Impact Woman with Dorrine Jones television program is seeking interns to assist with production beginning in March 2010.

An inspirational talk show type program, scheduled to be broadcast in over 6 major international regions by the end of 2010, The High Impact Woman is aimed at helping women from all backgrounds walk in their purpose and understand their value.

Closed tapings are held a few times a month, and before a live studio audience once a month. Individual show formats vary, from taped public speaking appearances to interviews on our set in Media. Assistance would be needed for these tapings, as well as preparing the set and prepping lighting, cameras, audio, etc.

You need not be a student seeking credit to apply, however students are welcome. This is a new program with a small staff, so there is plenty of room to learn and advance with us!

The hours are flexible and as the company works closely with the West Coast night hours are available. Qualifications & Position Summary:
Local feature film seeks intern interested in public relations and online marketing. The film team is led by a small group so we are looking for highly motivated, talented and experienced interns. Selected applicants will be in charge of writing for our blog and publicizing production company activities to various internet outlets, as well as generating new ideas for marketing and publicity. Excellent writing skills and active experience in social networking is a must. Any experience with web design, blog software and film production is a plus.

Time Commitment:
Winter through the Spring semester. 8-16 hours a week in office. School credit available.

The film team is led by a small group so we are looking for highly motivated, talented and experienced interns. Selected applicants will be in charge of everything from to answering calls and running production errands to acting as an assistant to the Director & Producers. Must have a car. Candidates demonstrating an ability to work hard and think on their feet will have the opportunity to work on a film set once production begins in the fall. Film script has won various high profile contests and big name actors are set to star. A great opportunity for a hard worker looking to get into film! Aspiring producers are encouraged to apply.

Time Commitment:
Available to begin ASAP and working through the spring. 12-24 hours a week in office. School credit available.
