Details: The Commonwealth's $75 million tax credit program for filmmakers who shoot movies in Pennsylvania is under attack. Currently, three (3) bills which propose altering or repealing the film tax credit have been introduced. If the bills come up for a vote, members of the PA House Tourism and Recreational Committee will have this testimony upon which to reflect.
