FirstGlance Film Festival Announces Official Selections for 12th Annual Event

PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 13, 2009 -FirstGlance Film Festival (www.firstglancefilms.com), Philadelphia's Independent Film Festival since 1996, is proud to announce official selections for its 12th annual indie film fest being held Thursday, October 22nd to Sunday, October 25th, 2009 at Prince Music Theater, 1412 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia.

William Ostroff, Festival Director, said, "FirstGlance is proud to present an amazing selection of films from Philadelphia, the nation and around the world at our annual event."  

Once again, FirstGlance will be exhibiting 30-40 short films in a month long on-line contest beginning September 22, 2009.  One on-line winner will screen as part of the Closing Night Screening program and take home over $2000.00 in prizes.
